eBankStatement Converter is an AI-powered tool that converts bank statement PDFs into Excel (.xlsx) and CSV formats. The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract transaction data from uploaded PDF files.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Free Tier & Paid Plans

The Service offers a free tier (2 pages per 24 hours, no signup required) and paid subscription plans with higher limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Subscription payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. By making a payment, you agree that:

• All payments are final and non-refundable
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload files that contain malware or malicious code
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or access restrictions
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Share your account with unauthorized users

7. Data Privacy & Security

We take your privacy seriously. Uploaded bank statements are processed and not stored permanently. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

8. Accuracy Disclaimer

While our AI-powered extraction achieves high accuracy (99.5%+), we do not guarantee 100% accuracy for every conversion. Users should verify extracted data before using it for financial reporting, tax filing, or other critical purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

eBankStatement Converter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
